Volunteers

As a GED tutor, your job will be to serve as an instructor to help people complete their education to obtain a GED certificate. Your duties and responsibilities will be to select teaching methods based on the unique needs of students and keep them on track. You will be paired with one or more students during a time when you are available. Once you have been paired you will be provided a list of specific areas in which the student needs practice as identified by their practice tests. Ideally, this targeted approach should take the student less than a month to complete their GED exams and earn their certificate. You will be making a real impact on your community while gaining experience that looks great on applications and resumes.
